The content on arisam.ca is provided for general information about Arisam Inc. and our products. It is offered as-is and may change, move, or be removed at any time without notice.

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

App purchases, including the Backgammon Pro upgrade, are processed by Apple. Billing, refunds, and payment disputes for apps are handled by Apple under their terms — we never see or store your payment details.

A template licence gives you the source of one template from our template library, with the shared layers it needs, as a project you can build and host yourself. It is licensed, not sold: Arisam Inc. keeps ownership and may license the same template to others.

The licence covers one website, for your own business. You may adapt the template as much as you like for that site, but you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense it, offer it as a template to others, or use it for a second site without another licence.

The photographs, video clips, and audio in a template are placeholders. They are not licensed for publication and must be replaced with media you own or have licensed before the site goes live.

Templates are sold as-is. There are no updates, upgrades, or support included, and no refund once your download links have been issued. Changes you would like us to make are billed separately at our published hourly rate.

Orders are invoiced by Arisam Inc. and paid through Stripe, in Canadian dollars, with HST added where it applies. Your templates are delivered by email as download links that stay valid for 14 days and allow up to 5 downloads each; write to contact@arisam.ca if you need them sent again.

The Arisam name, logo, website content, and our apps — including their design, artwork, and code — belong to Arisam Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them without our written permission.

The website and apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arisam Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or apps.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
